Patent Attorney Axel Wanischeck-Bergmann completed his studies in mining science at the RWTH Aachen University.
He has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1989.
After completing his education in our firm, Mr. Wanischeck- Bergmann worked as a patent attorney both in Rottach-Egern and in Cologne; in 1996 he took over the law firm Köhne in Cologne, which merged with our firm in 2006.

Patent Attorney Stefan Brinkmann completed his studies in mechanical
engineering, specializing in design engineering, at the Universities of Paderborn and Charlotte, NC, USA, and has been active in the field of intellectual property since 1998.
He joined the firm in 2006.
Dr. David Düsselberg

Dr. Düsselberg studied chemistry at RWTH Aachen University and HHU Düsseldorf. In 2013, he was awarded a PhD for his work in the field of organic and macromolecular chemistry. During his PhD thesis, he founded an IT start-up and authored several scientific papers.
He successfully completed his law related education at our firm in 2016 and has been working as a patent attorney ever since. In January 2021, he joined the firm as a partner.
